These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member", "you") and betsso ("betsso", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the betsso platform, including the website located at betsso.cam and all associated services, casino games, sports betting products, and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any betsso services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on betsso, you expressly agree to these Terms and confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under Philippine law. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. betsso reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and participate in any gaming activity on betsso. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years or older. betsso reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

betsso services are available exclusively to Players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. You may not use VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location. betsso employs geolocation technology to verify Player location. Access from outside the Philippines is prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Philippine law. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming. You further represent that participation in online gaming is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access betsso services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, betsso is required by PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 10927 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) to verify your identity. You must provide a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport, or other acceptable ID) and proof of address. KYC verification typically completes within one (1) business day. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC is successfully completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be authorized by you. You agree to notify betsso immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. betsso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betsso accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Direct Transfer, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. betsso does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. betsso reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or in cases of suspected fraud. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account settings.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

betsso complies with Republic Act No. 10927 and all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. betsso reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal gaming behavior.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on betsso use cert ified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP figures. betsso does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

betsso reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. Bets placed after an event has commenced (where in-play betting is not offered), or due to a technical error, are void. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the result recorded in betsso's server logs shall be definitive, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sporting events. These limits are displayed within each game and betting market. betsso reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. For live dealer games, table limits are set by the game provider and are displayed before you join a table. Players may request individual account limit adjustments by contacting support, subject to betsso's approval at its sole discretion.

6.4 Malfunction & Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, betsso will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, bets affected by the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. betsso is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Winnings obtained as a direct result of a malfunction, software error, or clearly erroneous odds or payouts are void and will not be paid.

7. Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Rewards

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers issued by betsso are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms. betsso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money balance.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed before a bonus balance converts to real money. Wagering requirements for each promotion are displayed in the promotion's specific terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lesser percentage as stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed with bonus funds that result in winnings exceeding any stated maximum win cap will be subject to the cap regardless of actual winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

betsso employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion between Players to fulfill wagering requirements, and systematic misuse of free bet offers. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account immediately suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive activity voided and reversed.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betsso Platform:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or any method to disguise your true geographic location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or databases.
• Engaging in chargebacks on deposits or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Allowing or facilitating underage individuals (under 21) to access or use your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing betsso staff or other Platform users.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities including PAGCOR.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Termination by betsso

betsso reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; you provide false information during registration or verification; suspicious activity is detected on your Account; you are found to be a self-excluded Player; or betsso is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable law. Upon Account termination for cause, betsso reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

9.2 Termination by Player

You may close your betsso Account at any time by contacting support via live chat at [email protected]. Before Account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any real money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements and standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to betsso for responsible gaming purposes may activate self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new Account.

10. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

10.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betsso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. betsso's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim. betsso is not liable for losses resulting from: network outages beyond its control; third-party payment provider failures; device or browser incompatibilities; or Force Majeure events.

10.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the betsso Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, design elements, and written content, is the proprietary property of betsso or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any betsso content without express written permission. Your right to use the Platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal entertainment purposes only.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of betsso's services, you should first contact betsso customer support via live chat, with an average response time of under 2 minutes. Provide full details of the dispute, including your Account information, relevant dates, and transaction references. betsso will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. You must exhaust betsso's internal dispute resolution process before escalating to PAGCOR.

11.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If you are not satisfied with betsso's internal resolution, you may escalate the dispute to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the regulatory authority overseeing betsso's operations. PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures will apply. Both betsso and the Player agree to cooperate fully with PAGCOR's investigation and to be bound by PAGCOR's decision, subject to applicable judicial review.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
