1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how betsso ("betsso", "we", "us", "our") collects, processes, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you", "Player", "User", "Data Subject") who access or use the betsso platform, including the website at betsso.cam, all associated gaming services, mobile interfaces, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

As required by PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 10927 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), betsso conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. KYC data includes:

• Copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent — dated within 90 days)
• Selfie or live photo for identity matching (in some verification cases)

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

betsso collects financial data necessary to process deposits, withdrawals, and comply with AML regulations:

6. Disclosure & Sharing of Personal Data

6.1 Third-Party Service Providers

betsso engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under data processing agreements that comply with DPA requirements. These include:

• Payment Processors: GCash (GXI), PayMaya (PayMongo), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank for transaction processing.
• KYC Verification Providers: Identity verification technology partners for document authentication and facial recognition.
• Game Providers: Licensed game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, etc.) who provide casino game software integrated into betsso's Platform.
• Analytics Providers: Platform performance and security analytics services operating on anonymized or pseudonymized data.

All third-party providers are contractually required to process your personal data solely for specified purposes, maintain appropriate security standards, and comply with Philippine data privacy law.

6.2 Regulatory Authorities

betsso may disclose your personal data to Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities, including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and courts of competent jurisdiction, where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. betsso will not notify you of such disclosures where doing so would be unlawful or compromise an investigation.

6.3 No Sale of Personal Data

betsso does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or any other commercial entity for their independent marketing purposes. Any data sharing with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for service delivery, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention as described in this Policy.

7. Data Retention

betsso retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with our legal obligations. The following retention periods apply:

• Account & KYC Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AML law.
• Transaction Records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction in compliance with AML reporting requirements.
• Game Session Logs: Retained for two (2) years for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

We may require you to verify your identity before processing a request to protect against unauthorized access to your personal data.

10. Cookies & Similar Technologies

betsso uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us deliver and improve our services.

betsso strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under 21 years of age. The Platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, persons under 21. As part of KYC verification, betsso verifies the age of all members before processing withdrawals. If betsso discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all funds will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines, and the personal data will be deleted from our systems as soon as legally permissible.

For material changes that significantly affect how we process your personal data, betsso will provide advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes to this Policy, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
